Further change to Metso executive team
Metso announce another organizational change as part of company’s new operating model
FOLLOWING the recent announcement of plans to implement a new operating model and organizational structure, with effect from 1 January 2018, Metso have announced a further change to their executive team.
Olli-Pekka Oksanen, currently senior vice-president of Strategy and Business Development and a member of Metso’s executive team, has been appointed vice-president, Minerals West Europe Market Area, with effect from 1 December 2017.
Strategy and Business Development will move to the CFO’s office, and become the responsibility of chief financial officer Eeva Sipilä.
Metso say the new organization is designed to accelerate their strategy implementation by strengthening the company’s service and products businesses in the minerals and flow-control markets.
