French connection for JCB

A leading French plant hire firm strengthens its fleet with the addition of 20 new JCB Loadall telescopic handlers

BLEU Blanc, one of France’s leading rental firms, have invested in a fleet of 20 new JCB Loadall telescopic handlers – all painted in the company’s striking blue and white corporate livery. The latest investment in the machines include ten 535-140 models, nine 540-170s and one 535-95 telescopic handler.

Employing 90 people and with a fleet of over 8,000 machines, the company has 20 depots covering western France. Bleu Blanc also operate JCB backhoe loaders and the latest machines have been supplied by French JCB dealers M3 (Dubreuil Group).

Tim Burnhope, managing director of product development and commercial operations for JCB, said: ‘Bleu Blanc have been a customer now for 12 years, so we are delighted to win this repeat business from such an important rental company.’

Philippe Jan, chairman of Bleu Blanc, added: ‘It’s vital in our industry to offer the most modern and up-to-date equipment to our customers and this latest investment in JCB machines delivers on that promise.’
