Fluidwell Instruments launch Triflex LNI 200
‘Field Time Control’ level sensor offers non-intrusive level measurement
ACCURATE level measurement of non-conductive bulk materials such as liquids, powders, pellets and granulates inside a tank or silo can become very difficult with low dielectric or highly sensitive materials, harsh environment and/or complicated tanks. The resulting reliability issues have a negative effect on costs and downtime.
In response, Fluidwell Instruments have introduced Triflex LNI 200 – a ‘Field Time Control’ level sensor, which has been designed to reliably measure low dielectric materials, non-conductive bulk products in a non-metallic tank or silo without having to be present inside the tank or without product contact.
The LNI 200 sensor is suitable for a wide range of applications. Where placement of a sensor inside a tank is not possible due to the build of the tank or where the environment is highly abrasive, the level sensor offers a easy solution.
It can measure through glass and plastic tanks without the risk of contamination and is insensitive to changing process conditions stimulating higher output. The plug-and-play Triflex sensor also provides easy access and quicker maintenance without process interruption and the risk of product contamination.
