Agg-Pro appointed as exclusive distributors of Jonsson mobile crushers and screens in England, Scotland and Wales

AGG-PRO have been appointed as official distributors of Jonsson, the Swedish manufacturers of mobile crushing and screening plants, as they continue to expand their extensive portfolio of heavy-duty machinery.

Jonsson, part of Metso, have been developing crushing and screening equipment for more than 40 years and are widely regarded as experts in developing sustainable solutions for the global market.

Commenting on the new partnership, Mikael Delbrant, sales and marketing director at Jonsson, said: ‘At Jonsson, we are constantly evolving and developing our offering, so we can continue to exceed our customers’ expectations, not only in terms of the superior quality we have become synonymous with, but also in minimizing our environmental impact.

They also offer a cost-effective solution, thanks to their innovative chassis design, which allows the heavy components of the machine to be hydraulically split into smaller parts and easily transported to other locations, to be reassembled.’

Lying within the 70-tonne to 180-tonne weight range, Jonsson mobile crushing machines are particularly suitable for customers with open quarries or mines in high-capacity, heavy-duty applications.

The mobile units are all electric, powered by an on-board generator or plugged into the electricity mains, offering sustainable solutions for bigger quarries that are keen to reduce their carbon footprint or lower their cost of energy. All of the machines come with on-board telematics which record data during operation and can be viewed via a laptop or mobile phone and sent to head office for monitoring.

Established in 1996 and currently experiencing a sustained period of growth, Agg-Pro’s head office in Tamworth includes a 40,000ft² premises that incorporates a factory for refurbishments and employs 34 people.
