Eriez introduce the Eriez Xpress programme at RWM 2013
Eriez Europe will once again be attending the RWM exhibition, to be held 10-12th of September in Birmingham, UK (Hall 19 Stand P19-N18).
Specialists in separation technologies, Eriez will take the opportunity to launch the Eriez Xpress programme as well as presenting their new eddy current separator (ECS) RevX-E ST22.
The new Eriez Xpress programme will allow faster processing of customer requirements. Gareth Meese, sales director at Eriez Europe, explained: ‘This new programme gives customers the opportunity to purchase ex-stock some of the industries’ most popular products. It’s a perfect solution for situations where there is no room for delay.’
The products made available for express shipment are the ProGrade range of grates, tubes, traps, bullets and drum magnets as well as vibratory feeders, standard overband permanent and electro-magnets and rotors for eddy current separators.
A Prograde ferrite axial magnetic drum will be available for immediate sale, directly from their stand at RWM. The Prograde ferrite drum is a first-stage separator for coarse material recovery in material recycling facilities (MRF), providing cleaner recyclables and increasing ferrous metal recovery.
The Eriez stand will also feature two eddy current separators, equipped with the new rotor designs, the RevX-E ST2 and ST22, used for the removal of non-ferrous materials from fine waste material. Eriez RevX-E new ECS rotor has been proven to achieve the longest ‘throw’ (nearly 20% farther) for aluminium fines in the industry, providing a higher rate of recovery of valuable materials.
Other equipment on show will include the EZ-TEC 9100 metal detection unit, suitable for the detection and rejection of ferrous and non-ferrous fine particles, and the Metalarm MA3500 bridge coil metal detector.
Mr Meese commented: ‘Eriez’ substantial presence at RWM is an extension of the company’s commitment to the recycling and waste industry. We will have experienced technicians on hand to discuss the best methods of separation for any application. We are also encouraging customers to bring samples of ASR or PET flake material to the show so that tests can be performed on the stand.’
