Diplomas in Quarry & Asphalt Technology

The deadline is approaching for the last chance to enrol onto the Diploma in Quarry Technology or Diploma in Asphalt Technology through the University of Derby Corporate.

This is the last year to benefit from the Government subsidy and the annual fee of £1,695 per learner will have to be increased from September 2012. In addition, by enrolling now you will also benefit from whatever decision the Government makes on providing subsidy for learners enrolling now for a programme that will take more than one year to complete.

It has been proposed that for learners beginning the Diploma this autumn they will receive subsidy for the two or three years it may take them to complete the qualification. As such we would encourage all employers to see if they can take advantage of this situation by enrolling learners onto the Diploma immediately.
