David Barrett to join Brett Concrete’s London team

Executive chairman of SigmaRoc plc to join Brett Concrete’s London team as a non-executive director

FURTHER to the announcement in March that Luke Smith is to join Brett to lead the company’s London ready-mixed concrete operations, it has been announced that David Barrett has agreed to join the London team as a non-executive director.

Brett say this latest appointment will support the creation of a focused London operation, with Mr Barrett (pictured) helping the company with its preparations as it builds two new plants and launches them to market.

As part of a long-standing and successful career in the ready-mixed concrete industry in London, Mr Barrett co-founded London Concrete in 1997, from which he retired in December 2014. He is currently executive chairman of SigmaRoc plc.
