Conexpo-Con/Agg 2020: Mobicat MC 120 Zi PRO to make show debut
Kleemann to show four innovative crushing and screening machines on the Wirtgen Group stand
AT Conexpo-Con/Agg 2020 in Las Vegas, the Mobicat MC 120 Zi PRO jaw crusher plant will be one of four innovations from Kleemann on show on the Wirtgen Group stand.
With an output of up to 717 US tons/h, the Mobicat MC 120 Zi PRO is designed for challenging quarrying operations. Its powerful jaw crusher has a feed opening of 48in x 32in and is equipped with an extra-long articulated crusher jaw.
To ensure the best possible material flow, the continuous feed system (CFS) adapts the conveying speed to match the fill level of the crusher, whilst an optional crusher unblocking system allows the crusher to be reversed, with the aid of the electric crusher drive, to clear any material bridging in the crushing chamber.
The mobile Mobicone MCO 11i PRO cone crusher will also be on display, providing a well-matched secondary crushing screen for the MC 120 Zi PRO. Harmonized in size and performance, the MCO 11i PRO has a maximum output of 518 tons/h.
Also part of the PRO line, this robust crusher is designed for permanent quarrying operation. All machines in the PRO line can be operated with the easy-to-use Spective control system via a 12in touch panel. All components and functions can be controlled conveniently from the ground.
The mobile impact crushers of the EVO2 series are designed so that they can be transported easily and made ready for operation in a short space of time. Moreover, their direct diesel drive concept ensures a high output while simultaneously keeping fuel consumption low.
For better capacity utilization and productivity, the system widths of the impact crusher plant open in the direction of material flow. The plant is also operated using the intuitive Spective control concept. The Mobirex MR 130 Zi EVO2 impact crusher on display has an output of up to 496 tons/h.
Kleemann’s presence at the Conexpo trade fair will rounded off by the double-decker Mobiscreen MS 952i EVO classifying screen, which provides the ideal support unit for all three crushing systems mentioned above. The screener’s good transport dimensions and short set-up times make it popular among plant hire contractors working in recycling and quarrying.
The MS 952i EVO has a screening surface of 5ft 1in x 20ft and offers high outputs of up to 550 tons/h – largely attributable to good material flow through the plant. This starts with loading, which can be carried out both by wheel loader and/or an upstream crushing plant, thanks to the machine’s large feed hopper. The material is then transported on a 3ft 11in extra-wide feed conveyor to the screen casing.
