Company secretary change at Hargreaves Services

Andrew Norman Robertson takes over group company secretary role from Stephen Nigel MacQuarrie

HARGREAVES Services plc, the UK’s leading supplier of solid fuels and bulk material logistics, have announced the appointment of Andrew Norman Robertson, formerly general counsel, to the position of group company secretary with effect from 1 July 2014.

Mr Robertson replaces Stephen Nigel MacQuarrie, who has stepped down as group company secretary to focus on Hargreaves’ surface mining business in his capacity as planning director.

Tim Ross, chairman of Hargreaves, commented: ‘I would like to thank Stephen for his considerable contribution to the board and we look forward to working closely with Andrew in his new role.’
