Coal purchase

The Scottish Coal Company have purchased the share capital of Miller Mining (UK) Ltd from the Miller Group. Miller sites included in the purchase are St Aidans Remainder, Auchincross and Rigghead, together with plant hires at Park Slip (for Celtic Energy Ltd) and Skares Road (for ATH Resources Ltd).
