Clip Tec slims downtime

Clip Tec is a new design of modular screen decks from Smiley Monroe developed to reduce machinery downtime. The decks feature an easy fitting/removal system designed for areas where access is difficult, such as bottom-deck applications and decks with spray bars. The ClipTec modules can be quickly pushed into place by hand and removed with a small screwdriver.

Clip Tec is available in a range of panel sizes with apertures ranging from dewatering slots to heavy-duty scalping versions. Flexible self-cleaning panels are also available for sticky materials to prevent blinding and pegging.
