Bunting appoint new UK sales manager
Promotion for Alan Why who takes on responsibility for overseeing all external sales activity
HAVING successfully developed magnet-related business for Bunting over the seven years since he joined the company in 2013, Alan Why has this month been promoted to the position of UK sales manager with responsibility for overseeing all external sales activity.
Bunting are one of the world’s leading designers and manufacturers of magnetic separators, metal detectors, magnets, magnetic assemblies and magnetizing equipment, with their European manufacturing facilities located in Redditch and Berkhamsted in the UK.
As UK sales manager, Mr Why’s responsibilities will cover an expanded industrial and geographical area, including projects in the recycling, quarrying and process industries.
‘This is a very exciting opportunity,’ he commented. ‘The Bunting brand has never been stronger in the UK and I am looking forward to co-ordinating the strategy and implementing the plans to further expand our customer base.’
