Brett Concrete add Guildford to their network
New plant in Surrey brings Brett Concrete’s network of plants to 19 across the east and south of England
BRETT Concrete have added to their network with a new concrete plant in Guildford, further expanding the business’ reach into Surrey and creating a ‘cluster’ with Crawley and another recent addition in Godstone. The addition of Guildford brings Brett Concrete’s network of plants to 19 across the east and south of England.
‘The Guildford plant will be capable of producing ready-mixed concrete, screeds, and specialist concretes – including our low-carbon products – and is located a short distance from the M25, allowing us to continue to provide timely and efficient deliveries to local customers,’ said Victoria Smith, managing director of Brett Concrete.
The Guildford plant opened on 27 November, just under two months after it was purchased. Jim Farley, operations manager, commented: ‘We are very pleased to be able to bring this new plant online for our customers in such quick time, thanks to all the hard work and joint effort put in by the teams at Brett Concrete, Brett Aggregates, and Brett Group.’
