Breedon launch 2025 apprenticeship programme
Company looking to attract the next generation of leaders and top talent into the industry
BREEDON Group plc, a leading vertically integrated construction materials group in Great Britain, Ireland, and the US, have today launched their 2025 apprenticeship programme, to provide exciting career pathways for the next generation of skilled workers and leaders into the industry.
The programme will see the Group welcome its largest cohort to date across England, Scotland, Wales, and Ireland in September this year.
From today (Monday 10 February), Interested candidates are invited to apply for roles across many different disciplines, including:
Electrical maintenance technician
Mechanical maintenance technician
Quarry and ready-mix operative
Customer service agent
Credit controller
Operations management
Commercial (quantity surveying)
Materials testing technician
Construction site supervisor
Surfacing operative.
Those interested in building their future at Breedon need no prior experience, however some roles will require qualifications. Applicants looking to apply for Level 3 (England/Wales), Level 6 (Scotland) or higher will need specific qualifications. Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeships require 5 GCSEs or National 5s, whilst Levels 4, 5, 6 or Higher/Degree Apprenticeships require A levels or a BTEC Scottish Highers.

Successful applicants will be paid from day one and will have the opportunity to build a career, having gained industry experience at the largest independent construction materials group in the UK.
