Boral announce Bansal start date

Vik Bansal to take over from Zlatko Todorcevski as CEO and managing director on 10 October 2022

BORAL Ltd have announced that Vik Bansal will commence as chief executive officer and managing director of the company on 10 October 2022.

Mr Bansal is an accomplished chief executive officer with deep leadership experience, managing industrial businesses through periods of growth, transition, and improvement.

Mr Bansal (pictured) will succeed Zlatko Todorcevski, whose departure was announced in June this year.

Mr Todorcevski will remain active at Boral until Mr Bansal’s commencement and is committed to supporting a smooth leadership transition.
