Baioni supply mobile crushing and screening to African company
Baioni Crushing Plants SpA, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of static and mobile crushing and screening equipment, have recently commissioned a full mobile crushing and screening plant, comprising a Baitrack BP jaw crusher, Baitrack FCS cone crusher (pictured) and a triple-deck Baiscreen unit, for a company in Sudan.
Launched in 2010, Baioni’s new-generation Baitrack range has been developed as a complete modular crushing and screening system to meets of the needs of the primary aggregates and recycling sectors. Uniquely, all machines in the range are fully driven by electric motors for both unit motion and production.
The Sudanese plant, which will be used for road and urban construction applications, accepts an all-in feed from the primary jaw and uses Baioni’s FCS 91 cone crusher technology to give excellent product shape and a high reduction ratio at throughputs of up to 410 tonnes/h, while the Baiscreen unit, built around Baioni’s three-deck W 400/3 vibrating screen, delivers improved screening capacity.
Designed for ease of transport and rapid set up on site, the fully electric Baitrack range is said to offer: more energetic performance; lower operating costs; lower maintenance costs; reduced disposal of oil filters; reduced environmental impact; and smoother and more accurate drive.
