APS secure contract with Smith & Sons (Bletchington)
Aggregate Processing Solutions to supply recycled aggregate washing system to Oxfordshire-based company
AGGREGATE Processing Solutions (APS), the specialist washing arm of the Finlay Group, have secured a contract to deliver a complete high-tech recycled aggregate washing system to Oxfordshire-based Smiths & Sons (Bletchington) Ltd.
CDE washing equipment comprising an M2500 mobile washing plant, AggMax 83 portable log-washer assembly, and an A400 Aquacycle and an Aquastore 55 complete with a centrifuge assembly, has been specified for the site.
John Dunne, managing director of APS, said: ‘The remit was to supply a state-of-the-art recycled aggregate washing system to promote Smiths & Sons’ large-scale investment into the washed secondary aggregates market. We’ve been able to deliver a modular system which meets their exact needs.’
Set up in 2004 to provide a bespoke, turnkey solution in the provision of screening, washing and crushing equipment, APS sell complete systems, as well as contracting and hiring processing equipment.
The company is a licensed partner to CDE Global and also has access to a wide range of best-fit solutions for washing, screening and crushing, including equipment from Pilot Crushtec, Tesab, Trio and Terex Finlay.
