Welding machines from Eutectic
Eutectic have introduced two new portable welding machines — the UltraMax 2 and the XuperMax2.
The UltraMax2 is a powerful, single-phase, 140A machine for MMA and TIG welding. Weighing just 4.3kg, it is easy to use and has a hot-start feature for easy ignition, arc force control to ensure a constant arc length and to prevent short circuits, and anti-stick to prevent electrode burn out.
The XuperMax2 provides 250A making it suitable for heavy-duty MMA and TIG welding as well as larger electrodes. The unit incorporates ‘tunnel technology’ that prevents dust and dirt from getting inside the machine while keeping components cool. The unit also offers infinite amperage variability between 10–250A for greater control, pulse TIG welding for adjustable frequency and base current settings, and an adjustable hot-start for reliable ignition.
