Komatsu WA320-7 wheel loader

Company to highlight its expertise with display of WA320-7 wheel loader

MARUBENI-Komatsu will be showcasing their recycling and waste-management expertise at RWM 2016. On display will be Komatsu’s highly versatile WA320-7 wheel loader, which has been designed to combine power, comfort and reliability.

Equipped with a Komatsu SAA6D107E-2 engine, the machine delivers 165hp and is Stage IIIB certified. The WA320-7 also features the manufacturer’s SmartLoader Logic engine control system. Without interfering with normal operations, this technology acquires data from various sensors in the vehicle and delivers optimal engine torque for each work phase. It limits torque during less demanding operations and reduces fuel usage without decreasing production

The WA320-7 combines the advantages of Z-bar linkage with parallel lift, providing fast pallet handling, easy bucket fill, superior breakout force and high tilt forces which is essential for controlling heavy attachments such as high dump buckets and other oversized buckets.

For increased operator comfort, the wheel loader features Komatsu’s large SpaceCab design with more legroom, 360° visibility and a deluxe heated, air-suspended driver seat.

For ease of maintenance, routine service points are quickly accessible from the machine’s large gull-wing doors with the added benefit of a factory fitted automatic lubrication system. The WA320-7 is also equipped with Komatsu’s EMMS (Equipment Management Monitoring System), which has enhanced diagnostic features that give operators and technicians greater monitoring and troubleshooting capabilities.

As well as EMMS, the wheel loader uses the company’s KOMTRAX technology, which sends/stores data such as operating hours, location, cautions and maintenance alerts to a web application for further analysis.
