TWS introduce AggreStac stockpile conveyors
Fully mobile stacking conveyors provide the complete solution from Terex Washing Systems
TEREX Washing Systems (TWS) have enhanced their product portfolio with the launch of the Terex AggreStac mobile stockpile conveyor range, which currently consists of three length options – 50ft, 65ft and 80ft.
To aid the customer, TWS’s design engineering team incorporated a wide range of features and options in the new design, including the ability to ship the conveyors in one 40ft container, with track-in, track-out ability, thereby eliminating crane costs and lengthy set-up times.
TWS say the AggreStac conveyor range shares similar innovative design features to those found in their latest washing solutions and comprises many tried and tested components used in existing Terex equipment, such as rollers, drums and drives.
The design provides a full range of high-specification options including full under-belt and head-drum guarding, and radio-control movement and set-up. In addition, the AggreStac conveyors are designed for easy integration with existing electrical and hydraulic control systems on other TWS equipment.
Significantly, the conveyors remove the need for TWS customers to use third party suppliers of auxiliary equipment and instead provide a high-quality, cost-effective stockpiling capability to complement the full TWS range of washing and screening equipment, thereby allowing for more effective project management, installation and commissioning of a single complete washing solution for the customer.
TWS director Sean Loughran commented: ‘This is yet another exciting venture for TWS and further enhances the TWS product range to include everything from quality feed products and modular wash plants through to enhanced stockpiling solutions.
‘This latest product development demonstrates our ongoing commitment to serve our customers’ needs and respond to market demands. The machines are manufactured at the state-of-the-art Terex facility in Banglaore, India, and the project is the first step in a much bigger conveyor project aimed at serving the bulk material handling industry.’
