Turn up the heat!

Raytek, a Fluke company, have introduced the MIH non-contact infrared temperature sensor. With a measurement range of –40°C to 600°C, the MIH can be installed in environments with ambient temperatures up to 180°C without the need for water- or air-cooling accessories. The sensor’s Teflon-coated cable withstands exposure to harsh environments.

The MIH features an optional RS485 interface that allows up to 32 sensors to be networked in a multi-drop configuration with just two wires, reducing installation costs and facilitating the design of custom equipment. Optional Raytek DataTemp software allows easy remote monitoring, data collection and analysis.
