Tsurumi launch multiple drainage pumps
Japanese pump manufacturer introduces three new pumping solutions to European market
TSURUMI have unveiled their new level sensor KTZE pump and GPN415 (15kW) and GPN 622 (22kW) sand pumps, all of which are now available in the European market.
The new KTZE drainage pump is based on Tsurumi’s existing KTZ range, which has already been tested and proven in several heavy-duty applications. The new model is available in seven variants from 1.5kW to 3.7kW at 400V.
Tsurumi say they lead the way in the pumps market by offering a stable automatic operating system, as well as being universal contractor pump manufacturers for dirty water solutions such as rainwater, sandy water and groundwater. Water contaminated with granular solids up to 8.5mm in diameter can be pumped away using the KTZE pump.
The pump model’s housing is made of cast iron and it has designed to be resilient as the semi-open vortex impeller is made of chromium cast iron, while the double mechanical seal, in the oil chamber, is made of ultra-hard silicon carbide. The pump is designed for longevity and can run for 24h – protected by a continuously cooled and lubricated mechanical seal, patented oil-lifter and thermal overload switch.
Other recently launched pumps in the Tsurumi range include the LH4110W model and GSZ-75-4L unit. The LH4110W high head submersible pump features the largest pumping head in the Tsurumi Europe range and can pump water up to a maximum head of 218m. It has a maximum capacity of cubic metres per min, a motor output of 110kW and is equipped with a NSSHOU/3E mining cable.
The GSZ-75-4L submersible dewatering pump features the biggest pumping capacity in Tsurumi Europe’s range with the maximum volume of 17.6 cubic metres per min. It pumps over a delivery head of 38m and has a four-pole motor for increased life of wear parts. The GSZ-75-4L unit has a 75 kW motor output and NSSHOU/3E mining cable.
