Triple success for Raymond Brown in RoSPA awards
Gold and silver occupational health and safety awards for three companies in the Raymond Brown Group
RAYMOND Brown Group have good reason to celebrate after three of their companies, including Minerals & Recycling, received top industry recognition for their health and safety standards.
Hampshire-based Raymond Brown Construction won a Gold Medal award for winning their fifth consecutive gold in the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) Occupational Health and Safety Awards, while Raymond Brown Minerals & Recycling received a gold award for the second year running.
A third company in the Group, Salisbury-based Raymond Brown Building, was also recognized, picking up a silver award.
Congratulating Raymond Brown on their achievement, RoSPA’s awards manager, David Rawlins, said: ‘RoSPA firmly believes that organizations that have demonstrated their commitment to continuous improvement in accident and ill health prevention deserve recognition.
‘These three divisions of Raymond Brown Group have all shown they are committed to striving for such continuous improvement and we are delighted to honour them through the presentation of these awards.’
Nick Muir, Raymond Brown Group’s health and safety manager (pictured), commented: ‘Health and Safety is at the forefront of every project undertaken by each of the Group’s divisions and these awards reconfirm its importance.
