Three Crowns for Pilot Crushtec

South African manufacturer receives Terex Finlay’s ‘3 Crown Dealer Award’ for delivering a high level of customer satisfaction

PILOT Crushtec have been awarded Terex Finlay’s 3 Crown Dealer Award, which recognizes the distributor’s efforts in delivering a superior customer experience from sales through to service and support.

The company was measured against a stringent set of criteria, taking into account equipment purchases and customer feedback, financial capabilities and performance, business development and customer support.

Receiving the award from Terex Finlay regional sales manager Neil Mcilwaine (pictured left), Pilot Crushtec sales director Graham Kleinhans commented: ‘This is an affirmation of our status within the industry in terms of our crushing and screening expertise and our determination to provide consistent excellence in all aspects of sales, customer support and service.’
