Terex titan
"Terex Mining have sold an RH400, the world’s largest mining shovel, to the North American Contractors Group (NACG), who will put the machine to work at Shell’s Albian Sands oil-sand project in Alberta, Canada, later this year. With an operating weight of 920 tonnes, the 43.5m3 capacity face shovel can four-pass load the world’s largest mining dumptrucks, including the 360-ton payload Unit Rig MT5500. NACG hold the option to purchase another RH400 unit next year."
