Terex appoint new senior vice-president of corporate development
Seasoned executive R. Mark Cox succeeds retiring Randy S. Williamson with immediate effect
TEREX Corporation have announced the appointment of R. Mark Cox as senior vice-president of corporate development, effective immediately. He will report to Simon Meester, Terex president and chief executive officer, and will serve on the company’s executive leadership team. He succeeds Randy S. Williamson, who is retiring.
Mr Cox joins Terex from Trinity Industries Inc., where since 2021 he served as executive vice-president of corporate development. Over the previous 18 years, he had served in senior mergers and acquisitions positions with Wabtec Corporation, Eaton Corporation, and Stone Canyon Industries. He began his career in investment banking, including roles with US Warburg and Prudential Securities.
