Tana Oy and Warwick Ward start co-operation in UK

Warwick Ward appointed as sole UK distributors for the full range of Tana waste-processing equipment

FINNISH environmental technology equipment manufacturers Tana Oy and British earthmoving equipment distributors Warwick Ward Ltd have reached an agreement over co-operation in the UK market.

Warwick Ward have been appointed as sole distributors covering the wide range of Tana landfill compactors, Tana Shark waste shredders and the recently launched Tana BioChipper drum wood chippers, and will now handle all new equipment sales and marketing activities, spare parts deliveries and after-sales activities, including machine servicing, in the UK.

Tana Oy specialize in machinery and equipment for the mechanical processing of solid waste and are pioneers in the use of electrical control systems and artificial intelligence solutions in their equipment. The company’s products are exported to 70 countries through a comprehensive network of local distributors. Tana hold a 20% share of the landfill compactor market and are a market leader in several countries.
