Safer access to mobile plant
HUMPHREY Mining Products have introduced a new range of mobile plant access systems featuring power-operated retracting stairs in several configurations to suit end-user requirements.
Developed with customer input, the current range comprises unique systems for Caterpillar, Komatsu and Terex rigid dumptrucks as well as Caterpillar (980, 988 and 990) and Komatsu (WA500 and WA600) wheel loaders.
Bardon Aggregates have already taken delivery of the first access systems for use on new Terex and Komatsu dumptrucks (TR45s and HD605s respectively) and WA500/600 wheel loaders, while Hanson Aggregates have acquired systems for use on Komatsu HD405 dumptrucks and Cat 988H wheel loaders, and Celtic Energy have acquired systems for Cat 777D and Terex TR100 dumptrucks.
