Pump Supplies acquire PDAS
Company purchases UK market leader in maintenance and monitoring of wastewater pumping stations
PUMP Supplies, with the support of parent company Vestum AB, have completed the acquisition of PDAS Holdings Ltd, a UK market leader in the proactive maintenance and intelligent monitoring of wastewater pumping stations.
Founded in 2014, Surrey-based PDAS specialize in packaged pumping stations, storm attenuation tanks, first-time sewerage schemes, and station upgrades/refurbishments.
A significant product offering from the business consists of intelligent monitoring systems through remote telemetry and cloud-based technology for the service/maintenance of pumping stations. During the fiscal year 2023/2024, PDAS, which employs 61 people, generated sales of in excess of £14.5 million.
Founded in 1982, Gloucester-headquartered Pump Supplies are one of the UK’s largest suppliers of electric submersible water pumps. Their offering includes drainage, sewage, and slurry pumps as well as an extensive range of accessories and pipe systems.
