Profiling Success Conference 2007
SHARING best practice to seriously improve business performance. This will be the theme of UK Skills Envoy and keynote speaker, Sir Digby Jones, at Proskills’ first national conference and celebration awards dinner, which will take place on 25 September at The Belfry, Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands.
The conference will profile how businesses from across Proskills’ process and manufacturing sector have successfully addressed key issues including: how the quarrying industry has achieved a 50% improvement in health and safety performance within a five-year period; how to achieve measurable results on skills and training investment; how the best in-company training schemes are set up and operated; and how to analyse training needs and implement the resulting training plans.
