Powerscreen present awards to top three distributors
Company rewards a selection of distributors for superior achievement across a range of business disciplines
POWERSCREEN have presented awards to their top distributors. The company employs a dynamic balanced scorecard approach to monitoring dealer performance regularly throughout the year.
The scorecard rewards distributors for superior achievement across a range of business disciplines including: providing excellent customer support; achieving machine and parts sales targets; financial management; and commitment to the Powerscreen brand. Gold status is awarded to all top-tier distributors, but each year the company recognizes the efforts of a select group of distributors.
Powerscreen have congratulated Genserv of Oman on their impressive achievement of securing the top spot on the scorecard for 2013. Genserv have been serving the Oman market for more than three decades and, due to their strong belief in customer support and satisfaction, have successfully built the Powerscreen brand in Oman over the last decade.
With a dedicated and experienced crushing and screening team, Genserv have set the benchmark for the Oman market and are the market leader in tracked crushing and screening plants. Also, they have been able to achieve and maintain this lead due to consultative selling and a strong product support team.
With over 140 machines commissioned in Oman, Genserv have successfully cut across a wide range of applications both in infrastructure as well as mining segments with the comprehensive Powerscreen product portfolio. With the onset of major infrastructure projects in the country, Genserv looks well positioned to capitalize on these opportunities.
