Mettler-Toledo have added the 7461EU Truckmate modular steel-deck weighbridge to their range.

The weighbridge features an orthotropic design with reinforcing ribs that extend the length of each module, increasing the decks rigidity by distributing loads over a large surface area. Each rib is continuously welded to the underside of the module, forming an airtight chamber that eliminates rusting. As there are no welds in the highest-stress areas, the weighbridge resists damage from metal fatigue.

The DigiTOL load-cell option offers superior performance and lightning protection, while the analogue load-cell offers accurate weighing via economical analogue technology. In addition, integral rock pin suspension maintains a vertical position as traffic moves over the scale. This simple design has no extra mechanical components that can wear or become misaligned. Load-cells are constructed of stainless steel and are hermetically sealed for superior moisture protection.

The 7461EU Truckmate can be installed above ground or in a pit. Equipped with numerous features required for standard vehicle weighing applications, it can be individually tailored to meet a range of weighing requirements.
