New tracked loaders from Bobcat
Bobcat have introduced new and improved versions of their range of compact tracked loaders that now feature new track rollers and idlers with a floating metal face-seal design that helps to keep out debris and bi-metallic bushings for extended service life.
The T180, T190, T250 and T300 models now feature an additional roller on the undercarriage, maximizing the contact between the rollers and the track for a greater distribution of weight and increased drive power. It also helps reduce wear and the possibility of de-tracking while providing a better ride quality, improved roller life and increased track life.
The hydraulic system used on the T250 and T300 large-frame models is now also being used on the T140, T180 and T190 medium-frame loaders. This involves the addition of a dedicated charge pump to boost overall hydraulic performance. As a result, hydraulic breakout forces have been increased by approximately 8% for better performance in heavy digging conditions. Hydraulic lift has also been increased by nearly 7%. The back pressure in the auxiliary hydraulic circuit has been reduced by more than 50%, improving hydraulic performance by 8%.
In the T250 and T300 models, the installation of a larger displacement hydraulic pump has increased the high-flow auxiliary hydraulic option to 151 litres/min. The two models also incorporate a new hydrostatic drive motor with larger bearings and a larger seal for increased reliability and durability.
The T300 features new, longer lift cylinders, increasing the maximum height to the bucket hinge pin by 51mm.
All models feature more efficient cooling due to a new hydraulically driven, infinitely variable-speed fan (SmartFAN) that senses the temperature of the machine and turns only as fast as is necessary. They also all feature a new main wiring harness specifically designed for rugged applications.
