New spray bar protectors
Often overlooked by operators on wet-process plant, spray bars can cause some of the biggest headaches for maintenance personnel. A worn spray bar that has not been isolated can cause serious damage to screen panels, which, in turn, has a knock-on effect on screen efficiency, resulting in out-of-specification products.
Tema Isenmann have developed a range of cost-effective, easy-fit, clip-on spray-bar protectors that provide protection against abrasion and premature wear. Manufactured from 16mm thick, highly wear-resistant Isepren polyurethane, the protectors come in a number of fitting diameters and simply clip on to an existing spray-bar pipe.
