"Warrington-based Locker Process Solutions have been renamed Rotex Europe following their acquisition by Rotex Inc., the US bulk-handling and processing specialists. Rotex Europe will retain Locker Process Solutions’ existing sites, sales network and product portfolio, which will be enhanced with the introduction of a new range of products."
