New Holland Construction showcase C-Series crawler excavators and wheel loaders at ScotPlant 2012
New Holland to present new Tier 4 interim compliant crawler excavators to the Scottish marketplace
New Holland will present to the Scottish marketplace their new Tier 4 interim compliant C-Series crawler excavators and wheel loaders at the ScotPlant exhibition, which will be held on 27-28 April at Ingliston, Edinburgh. Their stand on Avenue D, No11, will also host the second heat of the New Holland Grand Prix.
The new E215C LC 23-ton crawler excavator on display features New Holland’s selective catalytic control (SCR) technology, which optimizes the combustion process for maximum efficiency, allowing the four-cylinder common rail engine to focus entirely on generating power. Together with the hydraulic system, which has been entirely redesigned to maximize hydraulic efficiency, the SCR technology delivers extra power and exceptional fuel efficiency, reducing fuel consumption by as much as 10% compared to the B Series.
The W190C ZB 17-ton wheel loader, also featuring New Holland’s SCR technology, introduces a host of new features, which result in bigger payloads, faster cycle times and up to 10% lower fuel consumption. This medium-sized machine with a big performance offers outstanding all round visibility and stability.
New Holland will also showcase their new 200-Series skid-steer loaders, which have been entirely redesigned to deliver best-in-class dump height and reach, exceptional stability, twice the visibility of previous models, top operator comfort and easy maintenance. The models on display will be the L218 Vertical Lift and the L215 Radial Lift – a heavy lifter, with impressive bucket and lift break-out forces of 18.5kN and 19kN respectively.
The compact line will also be well represented, with the full B-Series mini-excavator range, the TC backhoe loaders a W70B compact wheel loader. The product line-up on show will be completed by a display of vehicles from sister company IVECO.
New Holland Construction's product support team will be on hand to discuss the brand's parts and service support with visitors to the stand.
The stand will also host the second heat of the New Holland Construction Grand Prix. Operators will be able to test their skills and qualify for the European final event, which will be held in Italy later in the year.
