MOLSON Scotland are adding Merlo telehandlers to their product portfolio as the Molson Group continue to enhance their single-source supply solution to customers. Globally recognized for their advanced technology, operator comfort, and robust design, Merlo machines are now available throughout Scotland from Molson.

Committed to only working with leading manufacturers, Molson Scotland will now be able to offer customers complete sales and service support, including after-sales parts, for Merlo telehandlers through their established network.

The Merlo range supplied by Molson offers lifting capacities from 2.5 tonnes to 12 tonnes and lift height capabilities from 5m to 35m. With options including the electric Eworker and Hybrid Roto models, the range provides sustainable alternatives alongside traditional machines.

All Merlo telehandlers are designed with ergonomic, comfortable cabs, powerful engines and transmissions, efficient steering modes, and active safety features, and the machines are built to deliver reliability and performance across a wide variety of applications.

Manufactured and developed almost entirely in-house, Merlo machines are trusted in the construction, waste, and plant hire sectors. Built to meet the highest safety standards and perform effectively on all terrains, they are compatible with a comprehensive selection of attachments – from pallet forks and buckets to crane hooks, fly jibs, winches, operator platforms, and even concrete mixing buckets – maximizing versatility for different tasks.

Alistair Murdoch, sales director for Molson Scotland, said: ‘We’ve seen growing demand for high-quality telehandlers in Scotland, and Merlo’s reputation for innovation and reliability makes them the ideal partner. This addition allows us to better serve our customers with a full suite of equipment, backed by the trusted Molson support network.’

Molson Group commercial director Henry Moore commented: ‘We are delighted to begin working with Merlo. Their telehandlers are engineered for precision, safety, and efficiency, making them a perfect fit for the standards of quality and service our customers expect throughout our comprehensive product range.’

Owen Buttle, national sales manager for Merlo added: ‘Molson are a well-established, market-leading dealer with a great reputation. It is clear how this reputation has been built around being customer-focused and providing businesses with high levels of service. This is achieved through ongoing investment in technology, enabling an efficient and reliable service to be delivered to every customer. We’re excited to be working with Molson Scotland.’

Molson have more than 100 engineers operating across the UK, with dedicated support north of the border from their locations in Bothwell and Inverness ensuring reliable distribution and service for customers throughout Scotland.

Molson Group say the new partnership marks the next step in their ongoing commitment to offer a single-source supply solution, allowing customers to purchase more quality machinery from one place, meaning they can maximize buying power and minimize supplier management.
