Mobile recycler for Ringway

"Ringway Specialist Treatments Ltd have purchased a Wirtgen KMA 200 mobile mixing plant for use on projects throughout the UK. Following detailed research into cold-mix equipment, Ringway chose the 200 tonnes/h fully mobile unit mounted on a semi-trailer, making it suitable for the type of contracts commonly carried out in the UK."

"Cold mixes can be made from a wide variety of materials such as RAP, PFA, bitumen, lime and cement, with applications ranging from car parks to carriageway base-courses. The unit contains a twin-shaft pugmill and foamed-bitumen spray bar. Its intelligent control system is designed to be operated by one person — even remotely from inside a loading shovel. The recycler can also use cold bitumen emulsion and has an addition facility for cement or other dry agents allowing recycling to be carried out with a wide variety of specified recipes."
