Metso Outotec to acquire Tesab Engineering
Acquisition set to complement company’s current mobile crushing and screening offering
METSO Outotec have signed an agreement to acquire Northern Ireland-based Tesab Engineering Ltd for an undisclosed sum.

‘We intend to increase Tesab’s global reach by appointing new distributors and strengthening their presence in new markets.’
Closing of the deal is expected to take place during the second quarter of 2022.
