Heavy-duty rock trommel manufacturer rebrands to become MDS – A Terex Brand

MDS International, manufacturers of heavy-duty, track-mounted rock trommels, have rebranded to become MDS – A Terex Brand. A new-look logo will accompany the brand update, in line with the new direction the company is heading in.

As with all Terex brands, history remains very important, and the new logo has been designed to represent both Terex and the heavy-duty trommel drums which are synonymous with MDS products.

MDS, who have been undergoing positive changes following their acquisition by Terex in 2021, say they have made significant investment in their facilities, added to their team to help meet growing demand for their products, and are expanding their distribution footprint to help position the company for long-term growth.

Raheel Qamar, MDS sales and marketing manager, said: ‘With the positive changes to MDS ongoing, this was the ideal time to launch our rebranding. ‘Since the first mobile MDS model was launched in 2015, the branding and livery has remained the same.

‘The new livery will retain the old MDS colour whilst introducing a Terex grey, giving a modern, two-tone effect, as well as a consistent look across all our models.

‘As part of this rebrand, we are launching a new website that is consistent with other Terex brand platforms and will give users a smoother browsing experience. Our social handles have also changed to @mds.terex across all our social media channels.

‘This is an exciting time for MDS, and this rebranding allows us to continue our upward trajectory. We hope this new look will help strengthen our brand awareness and our unique identity as the leading provider of heavy-duty rock trommels.’
