Marubeni-Komatsu strengthen partnership with JPE Aggregates

Exclusively Komatsu fleet part of unified approach to drive sustainable quarrying operations

MARUBENI-Komatsu are continuing to build on their long-standing partnership with JPE Aggregates, one of the Midlands’ leading suppliers of aggregates, sand, and soils to the construction and civil engineering industries.

Established more than 30 years ago, JPE Aggregates are a family-owned business operating two active quarries in the West Midlands. The company also provides comprehensive waste-management and recycling services, supported by a fleet of 40 vehicles servicing both internal and external clients across the region.

JPE’s entire fleet of quarry machinery is exclusively Komatsu, comprising dozers, wheel Loaders, excavators, and articulated dumptrucks. This unified approach provides consistency in performance, operator familiarity, and streamlined maintenance – all contributing to operational efficiency and reduced downtime.

A team from Marubeni-Komatsu recently spent time on site with JPE Aggregates to gain a detailed insight into how the company utilizes Komatsu’s latest technology, including advanced telematics, fuel efficiency systems, and intelligent machine control, to optimize productivity while supporting sustainable and environmentally responsible operations.
