Making inroads at Tarmac

One of the first of the recently launched Volvo A25D articulated dumptrucks has been purchased by Tarmac Southern Ltd to work at their Durnford Quarry at Long Ashton, near Bristol. The dumptruck is deployed around the works emptying bins and stocking out from the secondary plant with occasional trips down into the quarry to deposit material on to reserve stockpiles. It replaces a Volvo A25C that was on long-term hire.
