Low-profile conveyor tensioner

In order for a conveyor to run efficiently, it needs to be free of the carry-back material that causes safety hazards, accelerates the wear on conveyor components and is expensive to clean up. Arch Environmental’s new Simplicity low-profile tensioner is lifetime guaranteed to prevent all these hazards by applying a consistent pressure between a scraper blade and the conveyor belt.

The polyurethane tensioner will hold the belt cleaner to the head pulley until the blade wears out, delivering constant and even pressure without skipping or chattering. It requires little or no adjustment during the life of the blade and, as it has no mechanical parts, needs very little space for installation.
