Kleemann to present sustainable solutions at steinexpo 2023
Company to showcase John Deere wheel loaders and material processing equipment for recycling
Kleemann have announced that they will be showcasing innovative mobile crushing and screening plants and the SPECTIVE operating concept from their comprehensive product portfolio. A wheel loader from John Deere will also be on show for the first time at steinexpo 2023.
The Kleemann booth at the exhibition will be focusing on sustainable and cost-effective solutions for quarrying and recycling. The company, for example, will be highlighting the Mobirex MR 130(i) PRO impact crusher as a primary and secondary unit that combines output, precision, and sustainability.
Thanks to its all-electric drive concept with the option of an external power supply and thus carbon-free operation, the plant allows for materials processing with low-energy consumption per tonne of the final product.
Targeting a wide range of applications, including natural stone and recycling, the Mobirex MR 130(i) PRO – with an hourly output of up to 600 tonnes – meets the requirements in the high-performance processing segment. This has been achieved via a heavy rotor and powerful electric 250kW drive, along with the machine’s continuous feed system (CFS).
The operation of material processing plants is becoming more sophisticated and digitally advanced, and Kleemann’s SPECTIVE CONNECT will be showcased at steinexpo, including the new Smart Job Configurator, which supports the operator in the selection of the correct machinery settings.
Other notable products on show will include: the Mobicat MC 120(i) PRO jaw crusher; and the Mobiscreen MSS 802(i) EVO, a recent addition to the Kleemann’s mobile screening range to meet the ever-changing and demanding challenges in the processing of stone materials and recycling of construction and demolition waste.
Set to make its debut and shown for the first time at a trade event will be the John Deere 744 P-Tier wheel loader, which combines top performance with compatibility with Kleemann plant. The company has also confirmed a John Deere 824 P-Tier loading shovel will be on demonstration at steinexpo 2023.
