Insurance cover tackles theft threat
Volvo PlantCover, from Volvo Insurance Services, is an all-risks cover that insures items in transit, protects companies from premium hikes for sub-£50,000 losses, and offers theft protection with lower excess levels for equipment.
The cover offers a range of benefits for both new and used equipment funded within a Volvo Financial Services finance agreement including:
- all-risk cover for theft, accidental and malicious damage
- £1 million protection cover per incident
- new-for-old replacement on equipment less than 12 months old
- Thiefbeaters theft-deterrent system
- policy excess halved to £500 when theft-deterrent system fitted
- both new and used equipment covered
- premium fixed for the term of the finance agreement.
