Hycontrol and ENVEA UK to merge
Merger expected to deliver benefits for stakeholders by streamlining product and service offerings
FROM 1 October 2025 Hycontrol Ltd will be merging with ENVEA UK Ltd following their acquisition by the ENVEA Group in February 2023. Going forward, the two companies will operate under the name ENVEA UK Ltd.
Hycontrol are designers, manufacturers, system integrators and service providers for silo protection and level measurement, whilst ENVEA UK are designers, manufacturers, system integrators and service providers of continuous emission monitoring system (CEMS) equipment and instrumentation for particulate and flue gas emissions from industrial processes.
By bringing together these two well-respected organizations, the merger is expected to deliver significant benefits for stakeholders by streamlining complementary product and service offerings under a single brand.
Over the next few months both companies will continue to work closely with their respective customers and suppliers to ensure the integration process is as smooth and seamless as possible, with no disruption to service.
