Hillhead 2012: RSL announce development of new additive

RSL announce the development of their new ground breaking additive (RAP-PAKS RS2000), which has been specially developed for use with their VEB series of asphalt recycling equipment.

The additive is a special formulation of ingredients, which includes the TRL proven bitumen regenerator ACF1000,  for producing a variety of high quality road pavement materials from reclaimed asphalts.
