Flexco launch two new load zone products
Latest EZ impact and slider beds offer protection and spillage control
FLEXCO have announced the release of two new products to improve performance in belt conveyor load zones. With the same rugged durability found in the heavy-duty DRX impact beds, the new EZ beds provide simple and effective protection in the load zone. Available in light-duty and medium-duty options, these beds feature impact bars for absorbing material impact, while the additional long-wearing UHMW slide bar is suitable for sealing the load zone.
Specification and installation of the bed is made easier with adjustable trough angles and universal components. ‘Maintenance crews can simply lower the troughing angles to provide easy access to the bars and bolts for quick and safe maintenance,’ said Ryan Grevenstuk, product manager for Flexco.
For solid spillage control, Flexco’s new EZ slider beds provide containment around the load zones. Featuring UHMW slider bars to effectively seal the load and provide longer wear life, the slider beds come with optional CoreTech impact rollers for superior containment in light impact areas.
For maximum load point results, pairing the slider bed and impact bed can create a holistic load zone system. ‘Both the EZ impact beds and EZ slider beds have universal components that provide effective yet affordable solutions,’ said Mr Grevenstuk. ‘Whether you need to seal the load in impact or non-impact areas, Flexco have the solution with these new products.’
