Finlay launch new mobile screen
The 693 Supertrak is the latest addition to Finlay's range of mobile screening machines. The high-production machine is designed to provide multiple material screening with self-contained mobility, fast set-up time and a low maintenance schedule.
The self-contained, self-propelled, track-mounted unit has a twin-deck screen dimension of 6.1m x 1.5m with variable angles of between 18ø and 30ø. Overall dimensions in travel mode are 17.45m long, 3.45m high and 2.9m wide. The 4.528m long heavy-duty crawler undercarriage provides travel stability when moving the unit. An optional radio-control system for wire-free remote transport control is available.
The three folding discharge conveyors are extended hydraulically. The two side conveyors are both 800mm wide with a stockpile capacity of 270mü, the fines conveyor has a 1,200mm wide belt and a stockpile capacity of 180mü. For increased material flow the 1,200mm inclined, main feed conveyor is chevron type and the 7mü capacity belt feed hopper is designed with an integral crusher inlet chute.
A single, or an optional twin-deck, vibrating grid can be supplied to suit various applications. The standard manual reject grid is available with remote-control tipping as an optional extra.
Powered by a Deutz 72kW water-cooled diesel engine, the 693 Supertrack has a total operating weight of 40.5 tonnes.
The engine is platform mounted for easy maintenance, access for greasing the bearings is low-level and there is a full-length screen catwalk.
