Extec launch E7 screen

EXTEC have unveiled a new heavy-duty screening and stockpiling system for quarrying and recycling applications, the track-mounted E7.

Developed over the past 18 months, the self-propelled machine has been specifically designed for the screening of heavy overburden at the quarry face, pre-screening/scalping crusher feed, recycling construction and landfill waste, and separating ‘sticky’ aggregate materials.

Key features of the Extec E7 include: an adjustable heavy-duty feed hopper with a capacity of up to 10m3; a double-plated apron-plate feeder; a heavy-duty screenbox offering a vigorous action and an adjustable angle of incline from 10–22°; large free-flow areas from the hopper to the screen box and from the screen deck to the stockpile conveyors; a rear conveyor supported by an impact bed; and a heavy-duty chassis.
